The First Street Center Outpatient Program (FSC- OP) provides substance use disorder, co-occurring disorder, and outpatient mental health treatment services to AB 109 Probation clients. FSC-OP aims substance use and psychoeducational groups toward the common goals of developing life skills to handle stressors, creating a motivation to succeed, and providing resources to become productive members of society. Services offered by FSC-OP include psychiatric evaluations/medications, medication management and education, health education, case management, individual and family psychotherapy, educational/rehabilitation/relapse prevention/co-occurring groups, sober living housing placement, and job readiness skills. Clients can also be referred to residential treatment if the need arises. FSC-OP promotes that in order to assist clients in becoming productive members of society, we must lead by example and within a setting that fosters trust and an overall positive well-being.
