Cancellation In case of cancellation, provided that written notice reaches Fondazione Giovanni Lorenzini no later than February 10, 2003 the registration and hotel accommodation fee will be refunded, less 60% administration charge. Regretfully written cancellations received after February 10, 2003 will not entitle the registrant to any refund; however, these registrants will receive their Course material by mail after the meeting.
