Welcome to the 12th annual joint FSRH and BASHH conference Sexual and Reproductive health matters to all of us. Most people will need SRH information, care and support at some stage in their lives. SRH care needs to be accessible and individualised across the life course in order to support strong and successful communities. Our 12th annual conference brings together existing experts and emerging specialists from the SRH sector to explore issues, challenges and solutions in providing high quality sexual and reproductive healthcare to women and men throughout their lives. Completion of this electronic process constitutes a legally binding agreement and confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions. 3 Your place is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from FSRH administration. 4 Confirmations will be sent to you by email within 14 working days of receiving your booking. 5 FSRH cannot be held responsible if your registration form is not received. 6 If you have not heard from us 14 working days after sending your completed form, or 14 days before the day of the conference, it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure your place is booked. 7 All invoices must be paid within 21 days of the invoice date and MUST be paid prior to the conference. Failure to do so may result in your place being cancelled. 8 The delegate is responsible for ensuring payment to FSRH has been made. Any delegates arriving at conference with an outstanding payment will be asked to pay or refused entry. 9 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellations received before Friday 13th January 2017 will be refunded subject to 50 administration fee. Cancellations received after 13th January will not be refunded, however substitutions will be accepted at any time, but please notify the organisers in writing of any name changes.
