Instructional Course: Clinical Findings in Cervical Spondylitic Myelopathy, Federation of Spine Association, San Francisco, California, January, 1987. UNACCOUNTED PRESENTATIONS/ INSTRUCTIONAL COURSES All publications and presentation information after July 1988 were lost after relocating my office. Specific details cannot be reproduced with absolute accuracy. Therefore it is estimated that between July 1988 and December 2008 approximately 40 to 45 presentations were given during this time interval. The substance of these presentations was equally divided between the development of new spinal implantation devices and specific techniques for insertion and their indications for use. The other portion of these presentations involved instructional courses on the treatment of orthopedic conditions, specifically spinal disorders and the use and application of various spinal devices. There have also been 6 courses in which hands on instruction on techniques of implantation of specific spinal devices were conducted to instruct other physicians in the techniques specific to these devices. These 6 courses were comprised of a combination of classroom, sawbones and cadaver for this purpose. 15
