CANCER PATIENTS Cancer Council ACT Legal Referral Service Advice and representation Only for cancer patients and/or their family members. A referral service that connects clients with lawyers who provide free assistance to those who pass the means test. Clients who do not satisfy the means test can choose to have paid assistance. Can assist with drafting wills, powers of attorney, early access to superannuation, mortgage hardship variations, credit and debt issues, insurance claims and disputes, employment and discrimination and tenancy disputes amongst other issues.
