School consents that HSC has permission and broadcast rights to the tournament described above. HSC agrees to provide video and audio broadcasts of all tournament games, listed below, at no charge to the school. All tournament games will be streamed live on HighSchoolCube.com with replays and highlight clips of the games available following the live broadcast. Broadcasts are viewable at no charge on the Internet, iphones, ipads and Droid devices. HSC and school agree that HSC will have non- exclusive perpetual rights to all content published via the HSC platform. HSC and school agree that HSC will have exclusive rights to stream games online via the HSC platform. HSC will actively monitor broadcasts to assure the best video/audio quality. School agrees to keep the broadcast archive active for a minimum of two weeks. School will provide ample space in the gymnasium for HSC broadcast crew. School will promote the broadcasts by normal tournament and school communication channels such as school and/or tournament website, email, and in- school announcements. HSC will also promote broadcasts in part by notifying participating schools regarding broadcasts. School will allow HSC to display banners and pass out HSC palm cards promoting HSC and the broadcasts during the tournament. School will also allow public address announcer to read HSC announcement regarding tournament coverage. School agrees that HSC can sell advertising sponsorships to be featured during the broadcasts. HSC will strictly adhere to all advertising guidelines outlined in terms of service. HSC will share with the school 10% of all net advertising revenues related to the tournament broadcasts. HSC will produce and sell DVDs and /or Downloads for all tournament games. School will be paid $6 per DVD or Downloaded game. A minimum order of 5 DVD s per game required to fulfill order.
