If you are a member and can t attend a booked class then you MUST cancel your booking before 8pm the day prior to your class booking. If you do not attended a class you booked the booking cost will be charged to your membership account. If you have activated your membership online the quickest way to cancel would be to visit your online login and cancel your booking via the view or amend my booking section. If you are trying to cancel your booking by telephone please be aware during busy periods it may be difficult to reach a Customer Service Advisor. If we can t get to the phone, please leave your name, membership number, class title, time and class centre name via voicemail before 8pm the day prior to your class booking. Any cancellation requests left after this time will result in the class booking cost being charged to your membership account. If you are not a member and have booked a class you are unable to attend, you must cancel your booking before 8pm the day prior to the class booking in order to be eligible for a full refund. We understand that there may be times when circumstances arise out of your control, affecting your ability to cancel any booking within the required notice period. In these circumstances we kindly ask that you supply evidence to support your cancellation request in oder to avoid a cancellation charge. Customers who fail to adhere to our cancellation policy should refrain from booking classes in advance and instead book on the day of the required class. Customers who persistently fail to comply with our policy may be subject to a booking ban. Correct at time of print: March 2014
