Primary vaccination: Sows 5-mL dose via intramuscular injection (IM) 14-60 days before breeding; gilts 5-mL IM as near as possible to 14 days before breeding. Revaccination: 5-mL IM before breeding. 10 DS, FarrowSure GOLD B A reproductive vaccine For the vaccination of healthy breeding swine as an aid in preventing reproductive failure caused by porcine parvovirus (PPV), erysipelas caused by E. rhusiopathiae and leptospirosis caused by L. bratislava, L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. An 18-week duration of immunity following vaccination has been demonstrated against erysipelas. Primary vaccination: Sows Two 2-mL doses via intramuscular injection (IM) 3-5 weeks apart with the second dose 2-4 weeks before breeding; gilts Two 2-mL doses via IM 3-5 weeks apart with the second dose as close as possible to 14 days prior to breeding. Revaccination: One 2-mL IM before breeding. 10 DS, FluSure XP A respiratory vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine including pregnant sows and gilts, 3 weeks of age or older, as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by swine influenza virus subtypes H 1 N 1 and H 3 N 2. A duration of immunity of at least 10 weeks against SIV H 3 N 2 has been demonstrated. Shake diluent before use. Rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the accompanying liquid diluent. Administer two 2-mL doses via intramuscular injection approximately 3 weeks apart. In young pigs, vaccinate after maternally derived antibodies to SIV have declined. FluSure XP FarrowSure GOLD B A respiratory/ reproductive combo vaccine For vaccination of healthy breeding swine, including pregnant sows and gilts, as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by SIV subtypes H 1 N 1 and H 3 N 2, reproductive failure caused by PPV, and disease caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Leptospira bratislava, L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. An 18-week duration of immunity following vaccination has been demonstrated against erysipelas. Administer 2 ml intramuscularly. Healthy swine should receive two doses 3-5 weeks apart with the second dose administered 2-4 weeks prior to breeding. Healthy gilts, however, should receive the second dose as near as possible to 14 days prior to breeding. Revaccination with a single dose is recommended prior to subsequent breedings. Storage: 2-7 C; do not freeze FluSure XP RespiSure A respiratory combo vaccine For vaccination of healthy swine, including pregnant sows and gilts, 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by SIV subtypes H 1 N 1 and H 3 N 2 and M. hyopneumoniae. A duration of immunity of at least 10 weeks, as demonstrated by a significant reduction in lung lesions, has been established against SIV H 3 N 2. Shake diluent before use. Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the liquid bacterin provided, shake well, and administer 2 ml intramuscularly. Healthy swine 3 weeks of age or older should receive two 2-mL doses administered approximately 3 weeks apart. In young pigs, vaccinate after maternally derived antibodies to SIV have declined. Semiannual revaccination with a single dose is recommended. Storage: 2-7 C; do not freeze

Name Sows and Gilts LitterGuard LT A vaccine for piglet scours For the vaccination of healthy pregnant sows and gilts for passive transfer of protective maternal antibodies to their pigs against neonatal diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic strains of E. coli producing heat-labile toxin or having the K99, K88, 987P or F41 adherence factors. Primary vaccination: Two 2-mL doses via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection 3 weeks apart. Administer during the last half of pregnancy with the second dose given at least 2 weeks before farrowing. Revaccination: One 2-mL dose at least 2 weeks before each subsequent farrowing. LitterGuard LT-C A vaccine for piglet scours, with clostridium protection For the vaccination of healthy pregnant sows and gilts for passive transfer of protective maternal antibodies to their pigs against neonatal diarrhea caused by beta toxin produced by C. perfringens type C and enterotoxigenic strains of E. coli producing heat-labile toxin or having the K99, K88, 987P or F41 adherence factors. Primary vaccination: Two 2-mL doses via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection 3 weeks apart. Administer during the last half of pregnancy with the second dose given at least 2 weeks before farrowing. Revaccination: One 2-mL dose at least 2 weeks before each subsequent farrowing. 10 DS, Suvaxyn HPS A Glässer s vaccine An aid in the prevention of clinical signs, disease and death due to porcine polyserositis and arthritis (Glässer s disease) associated with H. parasuis serovars 4 and 5. Baby pigs: 2-mL intramuscular injection at 7-10 days of age or older, repeated 2-3 weeks later. Feeder pigs: 2-mL intramuscular injection at arrival, repeated 2-3 weeks later. Breeding stock: Vaccinate susceptible animals or breeding stock of unknown status with two doses given 2-3 weeks apart, prior to introduction into a herd. Suvaxyn MH/HPS A respiratory and Glässer s combination vaccine An aid in the prevention of clinical signs, disease and death due to porcine polyserositis and arthritis (Glässer s disease) associated with H. parasuis serovars 4 and 5 and as an aid in the prevention of respiratory disease associated with M. hyopneumoniae. Baby pigs: 2-mL intramuscular injection at 7-10 days of age or older, repeated 2-3 weeks later. Feeder pigs: 2-mL intramuscular injection at arrival, repeated 2-3 weeks later. Breeding stock: Vaccinate susceptible animals or breeding stock of unknown status with two doses given 2-3 weeks apart, prior to introduction into a herd. Prevention

Products for piglets and nursery pigs Name ER Bac Plus A systemic vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in preventing disease caused by E. rhusiopathiae for a period of 20 weeks following the second dose. Primary vaccination: Two 2-mL doses via intramuscular injection administered 3-4 weeks apart. Revaccination: Semiannually., 2 L-S 20 Premix For the prevention of swine dysentery (vibrionic dysentery, bloody scours) in growing swine up to 57 kg of body weight. Mix 1 kg per tonne of complete feed, resulting in 44 g of antibiotic activity per metric tonne. Storage: In a dry place. 25 kg RespiSure A respiratory vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine as an aid in preventing chronic pneumonia caused by M. hyopneumoniae. Vaccination of all pigs on the premise is recommended. Two 2-mL doses via intramuscular injection at least two weeks apart., 2 RespiSure- ONE A respiratory vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine 1 day of age or older as an aid in reducing shedding and severity of colonization of and chronic pneumonia caused by M. hyopneumoniae. Vaccination of all pigs on the premise is recommended. Primary vaccination: 2-mL dose via intramuscular injection. Revaccination: Semiannually., 2 RespiSure-ONE /ER Bac Plus A respiratory and systemic combination vaccine For the vaccination of healthy swine 3 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of erysipelas caused by E. rhusiopathiae for a period of 20 weeks and respiratory disease caused by M. hyopneumoniae for a period of 23 weeks. Vaccination of all pigs on the premise is recommended. Primary vaccination: 2-mL dose via intramuscular injection followed by a single dose of ER Bac Plus approximately 3 weeks later. In young pigs, vaccinate after maternally derived erysipelas antibodies have declined. Revaccination: Semiannually., 2 Suvaxyn E-oral A systemic vaccine An aid in the prevention of disease caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae in swine 6 weeks of age or older. Resuspend lyophilized cake with the supplied diluent. Dilute in skim milk or rehydrated non-medicated milk replacer and then administer 29.6 ml per 3.8 L of non-chlorinated drinking water. Provide doses 2 weeks apart. Use at least one dose of vaccine per pig being vaccinated. Storage: 2-7 C in the dark; do not freeze; burn container and unused contents. 2

Name Lincomix 100 Injectable Solution For treatment of infectious arthritis in swine caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Erysipelothrix spp. and Mycoplasma spp., and for the treatment of swine dysentery. At first signs of infection administer 1 ml per 10 kg body weight via intramuscular injection once daily. Continue to treat every 3-7 days. Storage: 15-25 C; do not freeze. 100 ml Linco-Spectin 100 Soluble Powder For the treatment of swine dysentery (bloody scours) associated with B. hyodysenteriae. Add contents of bottle to 1500 L drinking water. For automatic medicators: Set to deliver 7.8 ml of premix solution per litre of water; prepare stock solution by dissolving the contents of one 150-g bottle with 11.7 L of water. At the first sign of disease, administer medication at the recommended dosage as the sole source of drinking water for 4-7 days. 150 g Piglets Nursery Storage: 8-15 C. Prevention Treatment

Products for grower to finisher pigs Name Lincomix Soluble Powder For the treatment of swine dysentery (bloody scours) associated with S. hyodysenteriae. 4.7 g per 55 L drinking water. Storage: 15-25 C. 80 g Lincomix 44 Premix Mycoplasmal pneumonia: To reduce the severity of mycoplasmal pneumonia in growing swine. Swine dysentery: For the treatment of swine dysentery (bloody scours) associated with B. hyodysenteriae and for the control of the disease following treatment. Ileitis: As an aid in reducing the clinical severity of ileitis associated with L. intracellularis. Mycoplasmal pneumonia: Add 5 kg of Lincomix 44 to each metric tonne of complete feed to achieve 220 g of lincomycin base per tonne of complete feed; feed as the sole ration for 21 days. Swine dysentery: Add 2.5 kg of Lincomix 44 to each metric tonne of complete feed to achieve 110 g of lincomycin base per tonne of complete feed; feed as the sole ration. Ileitis: Add 2.5 kg of Lincomix 44 to each metric tonne of complete feed to achieve 110 g of lincomycin base per tonne of complete feed; feed as the sole ration for 21 days. Storage: In a dry place. 25 kg Levels: 44 g and 110 g 220 g Lincomix 110 Premix Mycoplasmal pneumonia: To reduce the severity of mycoplasmal pneumonia in growing swine. Swine dysentery: For the treatment of swine dysentery (bloody scours) associated with B. hyodysenteriae and for the control of the disease following treatment. Ileitis: As an aid in reducing the clinical severity of ileitis associated with L. intracellularis. Mycoplasmal pneumonia: Add 2 kg of Lincomix 110 to each metric tonne of complete feed to achieve 220 g of lincomycin base per tonne of complete feed; feed as the sole ration for 21 days. Swine dysentery: Add 1 kg of Lincomix 110 to each metric tonne of complete feed to achieve 110 g of lincomycin base per tonne of complete feed; feed as the sole ration. Ileitis: Add 1 kg of Lincomix 110 to each metric tonne of complete feed to achieve 110 g of lincomycin base per tonne of complete feed; feed as the sole ration for 21 days. Storage: In a dry place. 25 kg Levels: 44 g and 110 g 220 g Grower Finisher Treatment
