Dimension 2 Physical Component Consists of areas such as: 1) Nutrition 2) Exercise 3) Diet 4) Regular visits to the doctor 5) Use of physical safety (i.e. helmet when biking, knee pads when rollerblading etc.) Dimension 3 Emotional Component Consists of: 1) Feelings 2) Your inner world 3) Awareness & ability to communicate feelings
