When a memorial gift is received by the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, a special letter is promptly sent to the family informing them that you have made a donation in honour of their loved one. The amount of your gift is not mentioned. You will receive an official charitable tax receipt for income tax purposes. Through your generosity, you can honour life's most special moments, while helping patients at the Union Hospital on their road to recovery. Last year gifts to the Moose Jaw Health Foundation received through memorial gifts and celebration gifts helped caregivers perform over 12,000 operations, 38,000 radiology treatments, 5,000 respiratory procedures, 27,000 emergency room visits, 5,000 CT scans, and deliver over 500 babies. Each and every gift will help patients on their road to recovery.
