A glass of water. (You will need it to rinse your mouth between tasting each item.) Write your list of food and drinks to taste. Taste them one at a time and decide if they are salty or not. Write your answers in the table. You may like to blindfold someone in your family, pass them small amounts of each item to taste, and ask them if it was salty or not. FOOD OR DRINK 1.
