Death Fast Food

Facts about the harm of Fast Food We are against Fast Food because it is very dangerous for the health: Firstly, it is unnatural food (we should remember that Nature never produces Fast Food). Secondly, it causes different diseases, such as : Adiposity diabetes clogging and hardening of the arteries heart disease various forms of cancer Finally, junk food causes physical dependence to it.

Proofs 1.As a result of proceeding six years of experiment with experimental monkeys American researchers came to conclusions that the products containing trans fats cause different diseases much faster than so high-calorie natural products. Trans fats represent artificial isomers of the fat acids, formed at manufacture of vegetable oils and margarine. A plenty of trans fats contain in production of cheap fast food. 2.Moreover, 33-years old Morgan Sparlok has subjected itself to experiment as a result of which has come to conclusion that the meal from McDonald s is extremely unhealthy for the person. Absolutely healthy Morgan Sparlok within a month ate only the production of a company. After the termination of the experiment he became heavier by 14 kg., his health has essentially worsened, and it was necessary to deliver the experimenter in hospital. Analyses have shown that the level of cholesterol in blood of the patient considerably exceeds norm, and the liver has increased in sizes, as from an alcoholism. Toward the end of cheerful and thirsty month, not passing headaches have begun, it has run into a depression. 3.Another proof is the conclusion of French doctors. In their opinion fast food causes hormonal changes in human s organism. It is enough to eat it only once in order to a large number of fats and carbohydrates, accumulated in organism, can cause changes on a special part of brain (this part activates after narcotic dose).

Hamburger The first reason not to eat hamburger is its composition. It consists of a roll (carbohydrates) and a meat cutlet in a middle (proteins). The fact is that combination of these organic substances can harm your health because after eating a hamburger, it just turns into a bad splitted lump, lays by unnecessary weight and all that cause obesity. The other reason is its meat. Nowadays, ration of cows and pigs, which will be hamburgers tomorrow, consists mostly of anabolics. The breeds of hens with hypertrophied sarcocarps of body are grown especially for American fast food industry on poultry farms.

Coca-cola The drink number one in McDonald s is Coca-cola. Sweet aerated drinks are unhealthy and they don t slake thirst, on the contrary, they make thirst. They use of cold cola in combination with hot fatty food, such as fried potato assist in the development of pancreas disease. And now, let s consider the strange things cola can do: To clean a toilet To remove rust spots from car bumpers To clean corrosion from car battery terminals To loose a rustled bolt To remove grease from clothes

Fried potato The management of McDonald's restaurants network declared that the fried potatoes contain 33 % more harmful transgenic fats. It was found out owing to a new technique of products testing, used since December of the last year. According to the new researches harmful transgenic of fats in the large potato portion is not 6, but 8 grams. In total, in a pack of potato, fat is 30 grams, instead of 25 as was considered before. During research experiments it has been established that these wrong fats also worsen quality of milk of breastfeeding mothers. Then, by mother s milk, they are transferred to the baby, causing weight reduction and immunity, and raising diabetes disease risk. At the same time transgenic fats reduce quantity of man's hormones. They disturb enzymes activity available in our organism, destroying and neutralizing harmful chemical substances, carcinogens and remains of different medicines

The global problem There are a lot of chips, hot dogs candies pancakes with filling aerated drinks and other production of junk food. The most dangerous situation is in the USA where adiposity is on the same line with AICD and bad ecological situation in the country. In accordance with facts of international TGI company USA is on the first place of fast food eating. Russia is on the last. But that is a half of the problem. Unfortunately, up to 10% of six-year children and 12% of fifteen-year Americans suffer already now from adiposity. The staggering effects of fast food were recently released in a National Health And Nutrition Examination Survey. More than 9 million children and teens are overweight. Childhood obesity is responsible for 50% of sleep cases of pediatric diabetes, sleep apnea, and asthma.

Conclusion In conclusion I want to say that we live in the world of now. The world of cause and effect. But the problem is that most people look only at immediate cause and immediate effect. Not fully realizing the body does not work on an instantaneous process. You cannot save time. You can only end up costing you more time. If you eat fast food because you are in a rush, you will lose at least double the time you supposedly saved. The spreading of fast food industry with incredible speed is a global problem. We must solve it as soon as possible. And you should always remember a golden rule: Nobody is looking out for your health, except for you.

Make the Healthiest Possible Choices to eat fast food We want to advise you how to avoid this stuff and eat a reasonably healthy meal. As for drinks, avoid the sodas...they're nothing but heavily processed high fructose corn syrup which will surely end up as extra belly fat. Water is always the best drink, but if you need something with flavor, try unsweetened or lightly sweetened iced tea. At breakfast, the best choice is an egg, ham, and cheese on an English muffin (not on a croissant, which is full of nasty trans fats!), or a fruit & nut salad. At lunch or dinner, the best choices are a grilled chicken sandwich, the chili, a grilled chicken salad without croutons (again...croutons = more trans), or even just a plain cheeseburger. The main take-away point is that the nastiest stuff at these fast food joints are the sodas and fries, and any other deep fried items.

80 % bildet Fast Food dabei. An 5. Stelle steht es. Hamburger, Cheeps, Cola, Hot Dogs Keine Zeit fur gesunde Ernahrung?
