Questions Q: Could you provide some guidance as to who DOT could request as a TRB representative for an upcoming TRB visit? Could TRB provide a staff list with reference to expertise? A: Please request at least 3 areas of interest as TRB may not be able to accommodate everyone's first choice. First, log in to MyTRB
Then select Manage My Group
To view all members of your organization in MyTRB Click Organization Directory
You will be presented with a list of names and email addresses
If you notice a person who is no longer at your DOT Click the Remove Company Member box next to their name. This will remove them from the list and disassociate them from your DOT in our database.
To view members of your organization who are active in TRB committees Click Volunteer Directory
You will be presented with a list of names, emails and committee roles
To view or change your DOT s contact info Click Organization Information
Click the pencil icon to edit
To manage print subscriptions Click Subscription Selection
You will be presented with a list of employees and subscription info
Most on the list will be subscribed to TR News only
To cancel a subscription, click the Remove checkbox next to the record
To change the details of a subscription, click the subscriber ID number
This view will show what categories the individual is subscribed for You can edit the subscription using the Subscribed checkbox and the # of Copies text box.
