Palm knead the fibularis muscles (peroneals) 16. With hands on calf, squeeze circle along fibularis muscles (peroneals) with thumbs and fingers using a lifting up motion. 17. Gastrocnemius: Palm Iron Sit on the table with their ankle resting on your shoulder: Thumb stroke medial and lateral heads Effleurage gastrocnemius down middle of gastrocnemius 4

Alternating hands, cross pull/wring gastrocnemius Clasping hands, squeeze circles down both sides of calf with heals of hands 18. Place foot back on table: Wring foot Pull and rotate the distal leg 19. Straddling your partner: Make small quick circles on the gluteals from the sacroiliac to the ischial tuberosity. Make slower, bigger circles on the gluteals from the iliac crest to the greater trochanter. 5

Anterior Leg Recipe X-Fiber 1. Quadriceps to insertion at Tibial Tuberosity 2. Adductors to Femur & Gracilis insertion at Tibia 3. Tensor Fasiae Latae 4. Iliotibial Tract 5. With foot flat of table, apply compression at Sartorius 6. With knee bent, X-Fiber the Iliacus 7. Tibialis Anterior & Fibularis muscles 8. Tendons at the Retinaculum of Ankle 9. Dorsal Foot Apply oil 10. With one hand on top of the other effleurage up thigh 11. Quadriceps: Palm Thumb Iron 12. Adductors w/ the leg bent out Thumb Wring, w/leg straight on table (you sitting on table) 13. IT Band w/ legs crossed at ankle Palm knead using both hands Palm 6

With foot flat on table Roll thigh between hands Interlock fingers and pull knee Clasp hands & squeeze palm circles up thigh Using hands, squeeze both sides of thigh stroking up quads (going up the leg) Jostle gastrocnemius 15. Tibialis Anterior & Fibularis (With leg back on table turn foot in medially) Palm 16. Gastrocnemius 17. With thumbs on top of foot stretch metatarsals 18. Pressing down with one hand and up with the other separate the metatarsals 19. With hands supporting legs at ankle Pull leg gently Rotate leg laterally Push leg into hip Rotate leg medially 20. Holding both knees rotate bent legs in large circle ( have client s feet in your abdomen) 7

Upper Back Recipe X-Fiber 1. Levator Scapula from the opposite side 2. Upper Trapezius and Supraspinatus from same side 3. Rhomboids 4. Subscapularis 5. Serratus Anterior 6. Lower Trapezius 7. Circles on Infraspinatus 8. Skin Roll back parallel to spine 9. Skin Roll back perpendicular to spine 10. Place one hand on hip, the other under the scapula, stretch side of body 11. With hands crossed, place one hand on sacrum, the other hand parallel to spine moving superiorly with each stretch 12. With hands crossed place one hand on iliac crest, the other hand on the opposite scapula for a diagonal stretch Apply Oil and Effleurage Back 13. With elbow supported on your hip, knuckle out the Supraspinatus and Upper Trapezius 14. Upper Trapezius: Palm, knuckle, trench 15. Supraspinatus: Palm, knuckle, trench 16. Rhomboids: Palm, knuckle, trench, thumb, iron 17. Infraspinatus: Palm, knuckle, trench, thumb, iron 18. up along the vertebral border of scapula and hook fingers around upper trapezius and pull down shoulder 8

Back Recipe 2 1. Skin roll parallel to spine 2. Skin roll perpendicular to spine 3. Place one hand on client s hip, another hand under their scapula to stretch the side 4. With your hands crossed, one hand above ilium the other hand moves up the back stretching every few inches as you work your way up the side of the spine X-Fiber 1. Levator scapula from opposite side 2. Supraspinatus & upper trapezius from same side, use elbow between supraspinatus & trapezius 3. Rhomboids 4.
