ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES DEADLINE: January 31 st, 2010 The EHS Scientific Committee reminds the attendees that the material deemed appropriate for presentation at the Meeting should have the following characteristics: Original and new scientific work. Chosen abstracts will be orally presented in "Original Contribution" sessions. A summary of the research (8-12 pages) will be submitted if the abstract is accepted. Registration Fees will be waived for abstract presenters. ABSTRACT PREPARATION Abstracts submitted must adhere to the following specifications: Abstracts are to be authored, co-authored and must be limited to 500 words under the headings of background/hypothesis; materials and methods; results; and conclusions. Abstracts should be in English Abstracts must be formatted as a Microsoft Word document and - Single-spaced - Font: Arial size 12 - Margins: exactly 1 inch on all sides No abbreviations may be used in the title. Title is in Bold. Do not use capital letters in the title except for words that are always capitalized.
