Military persnnel are subject t UCMJ with maximum punishment f dishnrable discharge, frfeiture f all pay and allwances, and cnfinement fr tw years. If smene was terminated and felt wrnged by that actin, there culd be a pssibility f retaliatin. Criminal acts. Individuals withut cnnectin t the rganizatin culd cmmit acts f vilence in the wrkplace, such as rbbery r bmb threats. What are visible warning signs? These are indicatrs f perfrmance and cnduct that may appear in perpetratrs f vilence. Sme visible warning signs are: Increased need fr supervisr invlvement Overreacting t criticism f wrk r jb perfrmance Disregard fr persnal safety Changes in behavir such as making threats Fascinatin with weapns and vilence Evidence f pssible alchl r drug abuse Inability t accept respnsibility and blaming thers fr their mistakes Did Yu Knw?
