The self-expanding stent grafts made from nitinol and polyester are 130 to 230 mm long and 24 to 44 mm in diameter and are available in different proximal and distal configurations. The outstanding stent graft flexibility allowing the implant to be accurately adapted to the patient s vascular anatomy with ideal longitudinal stiffness of the implant. The delivery system easy and safe handling The E-vita THORACIC 3G delivery system convinces through its excellent handling properties in each phase of implantation and provides ideal support to the clinical user during the treatment. The delivery system enables the lesion to be reached safely, the stent graft to be positioned exactly and offers controlled and accurate release thanks to the patented Squeeze-to-Release mechanism. The delivery system is available in sizes from 20 F and with a working of 95 cm The flexible radiopaque tip ensures atraumatic access to the aortic arch The catheter s hydrophilic coating makes introduction into the vessel easier 4
The separate proximal spring fixation allows for repositioning partially released stent graft, thus enabling exact positioning in the vessel. After releasing the proximal spring and completely deploying the stent graft, the delivery system can be safely removed.
