The California Council of Community Mental Health Agencies (CCCMHA) promotes comprehensive, responsive, and integrated service systems by enhancing the ability of nonprofit member agencies to provide mental health services that empower the people we serve to lead full and productive lives. The California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) is an organization of county governments working to improve mental health outcomes for individuals, families and communities. Prevention and Early Intervention Programs implemented by CalMHSA are funded by counties through the voter-approved Mental Health Services Act (Prop 63). C A L I F O R N I A CAADPE ASSOCIATION OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG PROGARM EXECUTIVES, INC. The California Association of Alcohol and Drug Program Executives, Inc.
