General Information Founded d in 1956, Beijing University i of Chinese Medicine (BUCM) is one of the earliest universities of Chinese Medicine since the foundation of People s Republic of China.
General Information On 31st July 2000, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine merged with Beijing College of Acupuncture and Orthopedics, and established the new Beijing University of Chinese Mdii Medicine.
General Information BUCM is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. BUCM is the exclusive TCM university in the 211 Project, a governmental program aimed at turning about 100 Chinese universities into exceptionally high quality academic institutions i i in the 21 st century.

International Cooperation Program TCM-Klinik Kotzting (Germany) Established in 1991, it is the first and unique TCM hospital (with in-patient treatment ) in Germany. TCM therapies used in the treatment : herbal medicine, i acupuncture, Tuina, Qigong, and dietetics. Over 20,000 patients have got TCM treatment at this hospital.
