Taussig Cancer Institute and Glickman Urological Institute present Multidisciplinary Genitourinary Oncology Course: Focus on Kidney, Bladder, and Testicular Cancer Thursday, December 14, 2017 Cleveland, OH www.ccfcme.org/genitourinary17

About the Course Urologic neoplasms represent the model for multidisciplinary management. With the rapid increase in our understanding of tumor biology and its extension into the clinic, there is an ever expanding therapeutic armamentarium available to manage patients with testicular, bladder, prostate and renal cell carcinoma. This one-day course is designed to provide a topical, clinically-based overview of many of the current therapy dilemmas faced by clinicians managing GU neoplasms, with an emphasis on the opportunities for multidisciplinary management. Urologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, nurses, physician assistants, and other health care providers with an interest in the management of patients with urologic malignancies should attend this course. Following participation in this course the participant will be able to: Integrate evolving knowledge of radiotherapy in the management of bladder and kidney cancer. Recognize the importance of the molecular biology of kidney and bladder cancers. Utilize evolving therapeutic options in patients with advanced kidney, bladder, and testicular cancers.
