This year s survey is very similar to the ones you have seen before, but is a little bit shorter! Just like last year, please read each question, mark your answers, and return the survey to us. Remember, you don t have to answer any question that you don t want to. SECTION A. QUESTIONS ABOUT SLEEPING A.1. On average, how many hours per day do you sleep in a usual 24-hour period?
