Detailed Process Flow Detailed Process Flow Step 1: Appointment Booking Please send a mail request for health check-up to bharat.raj@paramounttpa.com and ciinsurance@ciena.com. Fill & submit the appointment booking sheet, with a buffer of 5 working days & select center. Step 2: Appointment Confirmation You will receive a confirmation mail for the health check-up within 3 working days. Preparation for the test and all relevant information will be discussed in the mail. Step 3: Health Check-up Step 4: Access Health Reports Visit the diagnostic center/hospital at the agreed time. Present the Authorization letter and your corporate ID card for verification at the center. Investigations are performed, as specified. Collect the test reports from the diagnostic Center / Hospital as per the defined schedule.

Any delay in reporting may either result in cancellation or further delay in completion of check-up. Where do I go for the Health Check up? We have created a network of leading Diagnostic centers and hospitals of High quality. You can select the center of your choice while you are filling the appointment request form. Is the service and delivery of the health check-up package equivalent at all checkup centers? We have put our best efforts to ensure equivalence in service and delivery across the centers. However, as the network comprises of a number of partners and associates, some variation in quality is likely.

The time required to complete the check-up depends on various factors like gender, age, medical restrictions, consultants and doctors offering their services etc. However, the check-ups, irrespective of the aforementioned variables, are normally completed in 3 hours. However, you can consume water during the fasting period. It is recommended to carry a bottle of water to the center as well. Do I need to carry any previous medical reports to the center? Yes, it is advisable to carry previous medical reports, prescriptions etc. to the center for discussion during consultation. FAQ s Frequently Asked Questions What about the confidentiality of the report? Diagnostic Center/ Hospital shall directly handover the Health Check-up reports to you. The individual reports of the employee will not be shared with the employer.
Guidelines Guidelines Medical Guidelines In case you are on any medication, please bring them with you and take them after your breakfast as you go through your health check. If you experience any discomfort, please contact the doctor at the center immediately. If you are diabetic and take insulin in the morning, please do not take insulin on the morning of the health check up; the same can be taken along with breakfast, after fasting blood sample and ultrasound have been done. If you are diabetic, or have high blood pressure, or are pregnant, or have any other clinical condition, please inform the hospital reception staff at the time of registration. General Guidelines Appointments for packages that require you to be on empty stomach are given only up 10 am, as fasting blood investigations done later in the day do not give an accurate outcome. Please come on an empty stomach, i.e you need to be fasting overnight; however, you are advised to have 2-3 glasses of plain water before coming for your health check, to facilitate an ultrasound on full bladder. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke on the day of your health check. Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear, as you may need to change to a hospital gown for some of the investigations..
