There will be a tour guide with each bus 24/7. They will be on the bus, leading walking tours, at dinner, and at the hotel. Depending on you and how many souvenirs you plan to buy, we recommend bringing $20 $40 per day. You will want to bring at least $10.00 per day for lunch. Lunches are not included in the price. Students are responsible for keeping track of their own money! Do not expect your parent chaperone, friends, teachers, or tour guides to hold your money. Be responsible!

All scheduled program activities are obligatory. If you re sick and unable to attend, you must inform your Group Leader and an adult will stay back with you. If you wish to visit friends or relatives while on tour, you must tell your Group Leader before your tour. Call the Traveler Support Team at 1.888.333.9756 to request a Tour Release Form for your parents to complete and then for you to give to your Group Leader.

Any illegal activity will result in automatic dismissal from the tour, and the participant shall return home at his or her own expense Remember when you travel as a group, you re traveling as a team. Your actions can affect the entire group. So please, be considerate and follow the expectations laid out for you. Curfew Your Group Leader and Tour Director will establish a curfew both for the bus ride and for the hotel for your safety and security. With your busy sightseeing schedule, you ll appreciate the sleep!
