5. DATE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE STUDY: 25.03.15 08.04.15 6. DESCRIPTION OF VOLUNTEERS: The volunteers were selected for the test in accordance with Technical Instruction applicable at the J.S. Hamilton Poland S.A. IT-14/PK. Total number of volunteers: 15 Age: 24 42 Gender: 100,00% women Skin type : 53,33% mixed, : 33,33% dry, : 13,33% normal, including: : 73,33% sensitive, prone to and allergies, : 26,66% capillaries, : 6,66% atopic. Type of make-up remover products used previously: : 80,00% - micellar fluid, : 26,66% - cleansing gel, : 26,66% - cleansing foam, : 46,66% - milk, : 6,66% - oil, : 6,66% - soap, : 6,66% - biphasic fluid, : 6,66% - cream. 7. TESTING METHODOLOGY: USE TEST The use test conducted at home in accordance with Technical Instruction applicable at the J.S. Hamilton Poland S.A. IT-03/PK under dermatologist and ophthalmologist control on properly selected group of volunteers. The Evaluation Questionnaire form, the characteristics of the panel and numbers of volunteers (15 people) were in line with customer requirements. The product was applied by volunteers every day for 2 weeks (total duration of the test). The skin acceptability was checked every day, by the subjects themselves at home. The volunteers were informed that during the test any other products of similar effects should not be used and, that in case of any side effects (skin ) they should immediately stop using the product and consult a dermatologist and ophthalmologist at J.S. Hamilton Poland S.A. The task of the volunteers were to answer 22 closed questions. The ophthalmological evaluation includes preliminary assessment, emergency assistance if need arises within the application period and the final assessment after 2 weeks. The ophthalmologist control is performed with slit lamp. It allows to see areas at the front of the eye, including the eyelids, conjunctiva, iris, lens, sclera, and cornea. Using this test, ophthalmologist can microscopically examine the eye for any abnormalities or problems. The ophthalmologist evaluated the possible occurrence of any undesirable symptoms such as: burning eyes, pinching, itching, redness, tearing, changes in the skin of eyelids, edema of the eyelids during application period of tested cosmetic product. The skin in the site of application and the eyes of qualified volunteers were no lesions that require medical treatment. The volunteers evaluated following product claims, also corresponded to questions about skin tolerance at the site of application and eye tolerance. The volunteers also gave the overall rating of the product and rating of the product in comparison with the same type of products used before and gave an answer on intention of buying the product after 2 weeks of regular use. 8. RESULTS: The results of the EYE MAKE-UP REMOVAL GLOVE include: 8.1. Assessment of the product s impact on safety of human health including the tests on skin tolerance in the site of application. 8.2. Assessment of the product s impact on safety of human health including the eyes tolerance tests with using slit lamp. 8.3. Proof of the effect claimed for the product. 8.1. DERMATOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OPINION AND INTERPRETATION. Based on the medical tests and interviews collected from the volunteers (selected for the test), it was concluded that tested product was well tolerated by the skin all of 15 volunteers. Repeated product application (test duration 2 weeks) did not cause any adverse reaction and skin in the area of product application. In addition, the product does not cause dryness, discomfort of the skin at the site of application in 14 of 15 volunteers. Contraindications for use of the product are: acute inflammation of the skin, requiring pharmacological treatment, and allergy recognized or hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. The results obtained in the test allow to conclude, that the product used as intended is safe for health of persons, in whom there is not a contraindication to its use. Page 8 / 24

8.2. OPHTHALMOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OPINION AND INTERPRETATION. The ophthalmologic test showed no changes of the anterior segment of the eye and eye protective apparatus by all of 15 volunteers. The tested product did not cause: burning eyes, pinching, itching, redness, tearing, changes in the skin of eyelids, edema of the eyelids. The test allows concluding, that product does not cause any adverse reactions and it is safe for human health. The tested product could be used by people with sensitive eyes and sensitive eye contour and people who wear contact lenses. Page 9 / 24
