And through one of those births I got a maiden name for his wife Mary Jane. census:sons, Stephen b. abt 1860, and Caleb R. Bill b. 14 Oct 1858, Billtown. But the big THING I found here was the maiden name for Mary Jane--Brown. I wrote a couple days ago about Mary Jane's name and that she had been given both Mary and Jane as her first name by her children. She was Jane on Caleb's birth and also on the census.
