CIEL HEALTHCARE KEY INVESTMENTS The Medical and Surgical Centre Limited ( MSCL ) 58.6% The Medical and Surgical Centre Limited ( MSCL ) owns 2 hospitals, namely Fortis Clinique Darné ( FCD ) and Wellkin Hospital. FCD is one of the oldest yet modern private hospitals in Mauritius. The hospital is managed in partnership with Fortis. FCD has a proven track record of over 40,000 interventional procedures in the last decade alone, and offers medical and paramedical services across 25 specialties, all under one roof. Wellkin Hospital is deeply committed to the highest standards of excellence in medical care and has a highly experienced medical team re-presenting over 40 subspecialties. MSCL is committed to providing the best healthcare services in Mauritius and to stay at the forefront of technology by continuously improving on its existing services and new offerings. In line with its expansion plan and in its endeavour to make quality healthcare accessible to all, it opened an outpatient centre in the northern part of the Island in January 2014. Hygeia is the largest private healthcare provider in Nigeria and provides stress-free access to great care through worldclass organizations such as Lagoon Hospitals & Hygeia HMO. Hygeia is an integrated healthcare delivery system currently involved in the management of 3 hospitals, 3 clinics and several worksite clinics, through the Lagoon Hospitals group.
