Social Worker of the Year Awards 2017 The Social Worker of the Year Awards recognise the excellent and diverse work that takes place in the profession, celebrating the many outstanding achievements of social workers in children s and adult services across England. Trustees For our award sponsors, they are about achieving positive media exposure and reaching out to more than 50,000 social workers, directors of children s and adult services and leaders of the profession. This year s Social Worker of the Year Awards will take place on Friday 24th November 2017 at the Lancaster London Hotel. Our category sponsors and their guests will have the opportunity to attend the exclusive ceremony for almost 400 social workers, directors of social services, councillors and members of our prestigious judging panel. It is a truly fantastic evening of celebration and recognition for the entire social work sector.
