At the end of session questioner on Risk factors of cancer was given to solve by the public. This awareness programme sponsored by Sanzen Health Care, Pune. 2 nd November 2014 Cancer detection camp was organized at Dr. AmbedkarRugnalaya a satellite Hospital at Indora attached to Indira Gandhi Medical College. Patientsfor Oral Cancer, Breast Cancer, & Cervical Cancer were examined. about 70 pateint were registered out of which pap test was done for 25 females. Camp was inaugurated by Dr. PrakashWakode, Dean IGMC, Nagpur, Guest of honor BhanteNagarjunSuraiSasai,. Dr. Alka Kumar Dr. Raj Bhojwani, Dr. SandheshaBagde, Dr. MadhukarThakare examined the patient. Dr. Alka Mukherjee highlighted on "Role of SERM in Menopause. SERM are non hormonal treatment which are very effective in management of vasomotor symptoms. It was excellent demonstration of the technique by experts. Senior Gynecologist of Matru Sevasangh inaugurated the workshop. Dr. Vineet Mishra HOD from Ahmadabad was faculty, & demonstrated various techniques of SUI, ventro suspentation, repair of vault prolapse, posterior wall vagina repair etc. delegates accompanied him in different operations. Hb % Test was done 68 Student & 40 Teachers staff Dr. Ujjwala deshmukh gave a lecture at KDK College about women s health. About 120 participants Health Check up camp at Futala Lake. 200 ladies & 84 children were examined. Distributed Calcium & Iron tablet. also Hb% test was done for all.
