Common reasons for referral to cardiac rehab include CABG, MI within the past year, post PTCA, post stent, heart transplant, stable angina, valve repair or replacement. The Center offers: A board-certified physician who works directly in the Center. No other area cardiac rehab center has a dedicated on-site physician.
