GENERAL SYMPOSIUM INFORMATION Invitation to support The Worldwide Innovative Networking (WIN) Consortium invites you to support the WIN 2016 Symposium, to be held in Paris, June 27-28, 2016, as the continuation of an exceptional annual symposium series. This brochure presents numerous ways in which your company or organization may attach its name to a unique oncology event. Profile WIN Consortium was created to achieve rapid and efficient translation of ground-breaking early diagnostic and personalized cancer medicine discoveries into the standards for clinical care, to significantly improve the outcomes and quality of life of cancer patients. The overarching theme of WIN 2016, Innovative Approaches to Improve Cancer Patient Outcomes, clearly reflects this mission. The WIN Consortium is a not-for-profit global collaboration of leading academic, industry, health plan, and research organizations that runs global research projects identifying biomarkers for targeted therapies and clinical trials investigating combination of targeted cancer treatments. WIN s mission is to accelerate the pace and reduce the cost of translating the most promising innovations in personalized cancer medicine into the standard of care worldwide and to significantly improve survival of cancer patients. Target audience The WIN 2016 Symposium will be of interest to a wide range of stakeholders in clinical and non-clinical cancer research, technology development and patient management. The target audience of the symposium are scientists, physicians and other professionals working in academia, industry, healthcare providers, insurance companies, patient advocacy groups, regulatory agencies and associated organizations, in the ultimate interest of improving cancer patient outcomes. Past WIN Symposia attracted 300-500 delegates from over 30 countries worldwide, consistent with WIN Consortium s global scope and strategy. CME The WIN 2016 organizers plan to submit an application for CME credits on behalf of medical specialists to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Medical Oncologist s Recertification Approval (MORA). The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). The WIN 2015 Symposium was designated for a maximum of 12 hours of European external CME credits and 10 ESMO MORA cat. 1 credits. Combine WIN 2016 and UEFA EURO 2016 WIN2016 will be happening around the UEFA European Football Championship (UEFA 2016 EURO 2016) in France. The delegates will have the opportunity to combine the best of science with an exceptional sports event. Dates of the symposium sessions and football matches do not conflict. It is a great opportunity not to be missed. HOW TO SUPPORT WIN 2016 Invitation WIN Consortium, initiator and primary organizer of the WIN Symposium series, invites financial support from corporations, foundations, and other organizations to help defray the costs of organizing WIN 2016. Various attractive benefits are available to sponsoring and supporting entities. All sponsoring contributions will be considered unrestricted educational grants towards the WIN 2016 Symposium. Educational grants for which the donator receives no specific benefits other than grant acknowledgements in association with WIN 2016 are also welcome. Sponsor acknowledgements Depending on the level of support provided, sponsoring entities will be acknowledged as: Platinum sponsor: E 30,001 and above Gold sponsor: E 20,001-30,000 Silver sponsor: E 10,001-20,000 Bronze sponsor: E 5,001-10,000 Supporter: E 1,000-5,000 Acknowledgements at all sponsorship/grant levels: Acknowledgement by means of sponsor logo/company name in selected preand post meeting materials, on banners at the venue, and on the symposium website. The size of the logo will reflect the level of the sponsoring contribution or grant provided. Bronze sponsors and supporters will not have their logo displayed, but their company name will be listed. 4

POLICIES AND DISCLAIMER Confirmation and payment Sponsoring arrangements will be confirmed in writing between Congress by design, based in The Netherlands, acting on behalf of WIN Consortium, based in France, and the sponsoring/supporting entity. An invoice with payment details will be sent to the sponsoring/supporting entity, and payment will then be expected within 4 weeks of invoice date. All amounts mentioned in this document are in Euros and are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added as applicable according to tax legislation. Exhibition policy If benefits granted to the sponsor/supporter include the opportunity to exhibit at the Symposium venue, the sponsoring/supporting organization and its agent(s) must comply with the rules and regulations governing the Symposium exhibition, as detailed in the exhibition manual or imposed by the venue. The exhibition manual and rules and regulations imposed by the venue will be provided to sponsoring/supporting organizations at least 6 weeks before the opening date of the Symposium. Cancellation policy In case of cancellation of a sponsoring arrangement by the sponsoring organization, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed sponsoring fee applies if the cancellation notice is received more than three months before the opening date of WIN 2016. If the cancellation notice is received three months or less before the opening date of the Symposium, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed sponsoring fee applies. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Disclaimer Funding for WIN 2016 is requested solely on behalf of WIN Consortium, not its members or partners. Any grants/fees provided by sponsoring/supporting organizations shall be used by WIN Consortium solely to cover the costs of the WIN 2016 Symposium.
