State of the Art Smiles All-On-4 Treatment Protocol The Gold Standard Non-Removable Porcelain or Acrylic Implant Teeth 95% Less Plastic than a Denture Feels and looks like Natural Teeth The Silver Standard Removable Acrylic Implant Teeth The feel is almost like natural teeth and the look is close to natural teeth Traditional Dentures are bulky and rely on suction alone in the upper palate --and tongue, cheek and lip muscles on the lower jaw to stay in place. Most patients struggle with keeping this prosthesis in place and turn to denture adhesives that are typically unsuccessful. The end result for most denture patients is they go without teeth all together! 156 West Columbus Street, Pickerington Ohio 43147 (614) 837-4506 www.stateoftheartsmiles.com
Uncomfortable Causing pain, irritation, swelling and over time, bone loss Ill Fitting Causing pain, lack of stability and multiple office visits to fix the issues Loose Fitting Unable to eat, smile, or enjoy day to day necessities Bone Loss Lack of a permanent appliance will increase the bone loss process Speech Concerns Bulky dentures interfere with patient speech patterns Overall Appearance Traditional Dentures are bulky and look esthetically unpleasing Sense of Taste- Because the large plastic blocks the palate, sense of taste is affected
Dentistry that works well and lasts is expensive, however the investment you make will last a lifetime. Prospective patients often ask What is the typical cost for this type of treatment? Our response is always there is no typical in this situation. Every individual patient is unique along with their desired treatment. Attempting to give a range of cost would be a disservice to the patient since each case is customized to fit their needs and desires. We have considered a Flat Rate for every patient but this too is a disservice because some would greatly overpay and others would greatly underpay. Our experience shows that the fee for this level of care will likely be 5-10 times the amount that you may expect. The All-On-4 Implant Bridge is nothing like the standard removable denture that costs anywhere between $500-$2,000 depending on where it is made. There are options of a better quality denture made at a lab that produces better quality products that may range from $5,000 - $10,000 but these are still removable dentures that can be unbearable to wear and maintain. Most patients contact our office because they currently have an existing removable denture that presents one or more of the following problems: 1. Too bulky, causing gagging, speech concerns, or chewing issues while in the mouth 2. Ill fitting causing pain, irritation, or sensitivity throughout the mouth 3. Unable to maintain proper suction resulting in the denture repeatedly falling out 4. Keeping the appliance clean enough to warrant proper wear How Are Other Patients Managing Their Cost For Care?
