We do this by working with the people we support, their families and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high quality services that meet individual needs and aspirations in a person centred way. We also aim to provide the best value to purchasers and to use our resources in efficient, flexible and creative ways. 2

They help people with physical impairments, learning difficulties and long-term health conditions, and their carers, friends and families. Creative Support work in 52 local authorities whereas Leonard Cheshire work in over 50 countries. Creative Support have a better website and more activities and community involvement for our service users. Making Space - They originally supported people affected by mental health conditions. More recently the organisation has resolved to use all of the experience it has gained to extend its service to any group of people who are in need of care and support, including physical and/or mental health conditions and people with learning disabilities and dementia. Making space have been running longer so may have a bigger client base. But Creative Support cover more ground in the UK and have more services. There website isn't very service user friendly and has no specific areas for service users to find information. Creative Support has their own service user webpage. 3
