2011 Fall Symposium Comprehensive Advances in Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring Welcome The leading organization in the field of interventional neurophysiological assessment and monitoring. American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring (ASNM) serves as the As part of its mission, the ASNM fosters the growth and stature of neurophysiological monitoring as a profession and provides education and dissemination of knowledge in this field. At the completion of this symposium, participants should be able to: Discuss the comprehensive principles for conducting and interpreting intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring across multimodality applications of IONM Identify neuroanatomy and neurophysiology relevant to IOM Describe the principles and methods of recording and monitoring Develop an understanding of the elements for clinical decision making during IOM Develop an understanding of the basic aspects related to the business of IOM Cocktail Networking Reception Saturday, 5:30 7:30 PM Exhibitor Area, Lincoln Room This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas in policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and ASNM.
