TERMS AND _ CONDITIONS Cancellation Policy Cancellations up to and including 20 April 2018 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after April 20 2018, unless we can resell the space or package. All refunds will be actioned after the conference. Condition of Payment Sponsorship/exhibitor entitlements will be delivered upon receipt of a booking form via TryBooking and full payment is received. Condition of Advertising Sponsors must secure their support and send in their logo in jpeg format by March 30 2018.
