COURSE DESCRIPTION The Ontario Medical Association in collaboration with the Champlain LHIN and local primary care leaders is pleased to offer a primary care course on Caring for the Elderly in Champlain: The Primary Care Perspective. This interdisciplinary event will provide an opportunity for physicians and other primary care providers through the Champlain LHIN to connect, exchange information, tools and innovations in primary care, leading the way to healthier communities and better care for our elder population.
