Waiting Times The Northern Health & Social Care Trust monitors waiting time performance against a number of Departmental targets on a monthly basis to include Inpatients, Daycases, Outpatients, Diagnostics and AHP s. This report is a summary taken from the Trust Board Performance report and presents waiting times by specialty. Right hand columns refer to the total number of patients waiting in the Trust over 13 weeks, and also the longest wait for an operation within a particular specialty as at month end. Patients are grouped into weeks waiting, i.e. 26 weeks equals 182 188 days. Patients waiting >26 weeks (183 188 days) will therefore be included in the 18 week group. Only those patients waiting exactly 26 weeks in this column are not breachers 2
