Meet Our Clinical Staff David Black, PT, MS, OCS, FMS1, SFMA concentrates his Paul Bliton, PT, DPT, OCS, CMT, CSCS, Cert. DN received practice in the area of orthopedic and sports physical therapy, his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University, specializing in shoulder and knee rehabilitation. Aaron Erin Fasula, PT, MPT has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South since graduating with her Master s Degree from Northern Illinois University in 2007. Erin is back in her hometown of Rockford, Dakota State University in 1998 and earned his Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Eastern Illinois University in 1999. yet has also treated patients in the Chicago land area. Lindsay Metcalf, MS, LAT, ATC, NREMT is a Certified Athletic Trainer supporting Winnebago High School athletes. She has a special interest in modern manual therapy techniques. Lindsay completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at Aurora University in 2009, with minors in Physiology and Biology, and then completed her Master of Science degree in Athletic Training at Illinois State University in May 2011.
