WRIST - 21 Ulnar Deviation (Active) With fingers curled, bend hand to side at wrist in direction of little finger. WRIST - 24 Circumduction (Active) With fingers curled, move slowly at wrist in clockwise circles counterclockwise. not move elbow or shoulder. Page 5 of 6

FINGER - 38 Composite Flexion (Active Extensor Stretch) Curl fingers into fist, bend wrist down, and straighten elbow. FINGER - 44 Radial Finger Walk (Active to Counteract Ulnar Deviation) With palm flat on table and held steady, lift or slide fingers one by one toward thumb. fingers in position and lift entire hand up from table to reposition for next repetition.
