To assist us with providing quality care to the community, Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. is proud to feature our Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC) program. Our CDHC program s goal is to improve access to dental care and reduce disparities in oral health by providing on-site preventive and educational dental services. Our mobile CDHC dental team is available to visit community centers, senior centers, child care facilities, assisted living facilities, schools and much more. There, they can provide on-site preventive and educational dental services. The CDHC Dental Team can provide Preventive Services including: Dental Screenings Fluoride Treatments Placement of Sealants Teeth Cleanings Placement of Temporary Fillings
Carl Moore Health Center Continuing our efforts of being a leader in providing quality and comprehensive community based healthcare, in the summer of 2016, GPHA will open the all new state-of-the-art Carl Moore Health Center; located in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia. The Carl Moore Health Center will have the capacity to provide Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Pharmacy Services to over 25,000 patients. Artist Rendering Chinatown Medical Services Expansion Planning and development is currently underway in the relocation of Chinatown Medical Services. In 2017, Chinatown Medical Services will be relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility in the Spring Garden section of the city. The new Chinatown Medical Services facility will have the capacity to serve 20,000 patients GPHA South Philadelphia Health Center In 2015, we expanded services with the addition of GPHA South Philadelphia Health Center (formerly operated by another practice). This expansion presented an opportunity to continue providing healthcare for the current patient population, as well as, expands the health centers capacity to provide healthcare to additional patients in the area.
We are looking for dedicated, hard-working healthcare professionals to join GPHA s Healthcare team in full-time, part-time or extended hours positions. Ideal candidates will be board-certified/board eligible, EMR savvy and interested in using a fiscally responsible approach to meet the needs of a diverse population in the Greater Philadelphia Area. GPHA has partnerships with most Philadelphia hospitals; granting admitting privileges to our staff.
