Instructors Program Director Dr. Lou Graham Dr. Lou Graham, DDS has always approached his practice of dentistry with a progressive yet conservative methodology. Dr. Graham is an internationally recognized lecturer extensively involved in continuing education for dental professionals, focusing on incorporating current clinical advancements through conservative dentistry. He emphasizes in his teachings the same things he practices: dental health diagnosis, treatment plans for medically compromised patients, conservative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and customized approaches to periodontal care, implants and laser dentistry. Dr. Graham is a graduate of Emory Dental School. He is the past Dental Director and holds a part time faculty position at the University of Chicago. He enjoys providing dental care at his private practice,, in Chicago, IL - Hyde Park. Adjunct Faculty Dr. Rick Ferguson Dr. Rick Ferguson lectures throughout the world on a variety of implant surgery and restorative topics. He is the director of Implant Educators which runs a seven month program teaching general dentists and specialists how to become implantologists. Dr. Ferguson is a Diplomate of the ICOI, an Associate Fellow of the AAID, clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida and a visiting lecturer at the University of Miami. Dr. Ferguson has taught implant dentistry and hands-on bone grafting courses which have been attended by thousands of dentists over the last 16 years. He is currently in private practice in Davie, Florida. Adjunct Faculty Dr. Robert E. Walinchus Dr. Robert E. Walinchus, DMD is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry where he received awards in Pediatrics and Radiology. He has been in private practice serving the people of the Philadelphia area for more than 30 years and has lectured extensively on Dental Cosmetics in the United States and Europe. Dr. Walinchus has lectured for the prestigious group Implant Educators since 2007. He is Director of Philadelphia Implant Education and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Society of Hospital Dentists, American Association of Geriatric Dentists, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. He is a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is on staff at Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Riddle Memorial Hospital, Crozier Chester Medical Center and the Surgicenter at Britton Lake.
Adjunct Faculty Dr. Rauf Yousuf Dr. Rauf Yousuf, DDS is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1995. After completing a one-year hospital fellowship in general dentistry at Illinois Masonic Hospital, he received his specialty training in periodontics at Indiana University School of Dentistry. He holds a Masters Degree in Oral Biology from Indiana University as well. Dr. Yousuf has been a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Illinois of Chicago, College of Dentistry. Dr. Yousuf specializes in all aspects of periodontics, including soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, implants, crown lengthening and reconstructive periodontal surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics, Midwest Society of Periodontists, American Dental Associations, Illinois Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. Adjunct Faculty Dr. Samantha Chou Dr. Samantha Chou, DDS obtained both her Bachelors in Biology and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the acclaimed Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Her dream to become a Prosthodontist was fulfilled when she moved to Chicago for her Prosthodontic residency, where she completed an Advanced Prosthodontics program at University of Illinois. During this time Dr. Chou received critical specialty training in restoring aesthetically challenging cases involving full mouth reconstructions of natural teeth and implant supported prosthetics utilizing the most current techniques and cutting edge industry innovations.
