Bisco PRO-V IDS Kit Provisional Restorative System Instructions for Use U.S. Patent: 7,748,980; 8,106,110 IN-199R3 Rev. 5/16 BISCO, Inc. 1100 W. Irving Park Rd. Schaumburg, IL 60193 U.S.A. 847-534-6000 1-800-247-3368 CAUTION: U.S. Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a licensed Dentist.

PRO-V * IDS Kit Provisional Restorative System GENERAL INFORMATION Immediate dentin sealing with ACE * ALL-BOND SE * allows the clinician to address the importance of dentin sealing and desensitization during the preparation appointment. Water-soluble PRO-V COAT * allows the clinician to utilize the benefits of IDS without the risk of the provisional material bonding to the tooth structure. It also serves to protect the dentin surface from contamination and is designed to clean up easily without any residue. Indications for Use: 1. INLAY/ONLAY: PREPARATION IDS TECHNIQUE 2. CROWN: IDS TECHNIQUE Warnings: Avoid splashing into the eyes. If ALL-BOND SE Adhesive (Parts I & II) comes into contact with the eyes, flush with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention. Use of a rubber dam or proper isolation is recommended. ALL-BOND SE and PRO-V COAT are highly flammable. Cautions: Cross-contamination: Product may contain items that are designed for one time use. Dispose of used or contaminated accessories. Do not clean, disinfect or reuse. Precautions: ALL-BOND SE Adhesive may require refrigeration. Refer to specific product storage instructions for complete information prior to use. ALL-BOND SE is a light-cured material. Use ALL-BOND SE Adhesive immediately once it is dispensed in the mixing well, or protect from ambient light. If ALL-BOND SE Adhesive (Parts I & II) does not turn pink upon mixing, it should not be used. Avoid contact with the skin; unpolymerized resins may cause skin sensitization in susceptible persons. In case of contact, wash skin with soap and water. To avoid evaporation of ALL-BOND SE Adhesive, firmly replace the cap on the cartridge after use. Do not refrigerate PRO-V COAT. Store at room temperature. (20 C/68 F - 25 C/77 F). Chlorhexidine digluconate may be an eye and skin irritant. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water; seek medical attention if irritation persists. In case of contact with the skin, wash with soap and water. See individual component labels for specific expiration dates. Safety data sheet available on request. Safety data sheet available at www.bisco.com. * PRO-V, ACE, ALL-BOND SE and PRO-V COAT are registered trademarks of BISCO, Inc.
