Checks should be made payable to the Council of the Great City Schools. Please have your invoice number, registratnt name and conference name listed on the check. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE CONFERENCE. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and emailed to avann@cgcs.org. Registration cancellations received on or before March 13, 2018 will receive a full refund, and a 50% refund if received March 14-March 23. Cancellations received after March 23 or no-shows on April 17 will not receive a refund and will be billed the full amount. Purchase orders will not be accepted for those registering on-site. HOTEL INFORMATION: Please make Hotel reservations directly with Sheraton Hotel, (404) 659-6500, Mention: CGCS. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card. The cutoff date for the group rate is March 26, 2018. Room rates are $159.00/per night, for a single and double, plus tax. Support CGCS and secure your guest rooms within the official headquarter hotel (rooms are limited). 48 hours in advance to cancel your reservation. WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Chief Operating Officers, Chief of Security, Directors of Facilities, Transportation, Procurement, Food Services and support services staff are invited to attend to share concerns, solutions, and to discuss what works in their school districts.

All payments must be received prior to the start date of the conference The Council of the Great City Schools brings together the largest public-school systems in a coalition dedicated to the improvement of education for children in the major cities. The Council is a 501(c)3 organization and all contributions made to the Council are tax exempt. We are offering two levels of sponsorship (Platinum and Gold), $5,500 for companies giving presentation with school district and $4,500 to attend the entire meeting without presentation. Sponsor contributions are joined together to support overall meeting room expenses. (Meal events, materials, AV equipment, miscellanies, & etc.) Sponsors will have an opportunity to meet with conference attendees, attend all conference functions, and receive a list of conference attendees in advance. Your sponsorship will also be recognized via signage, conference program and the Council's Annual Report, and you will be able to share information materials at our shared display resource table. E-mail your company s LOGO which will be used for signage and a short description of your firm which will be added to the conference program by March 30th to Terry Tabor at ttabor@cgcs.org.
