Bayer CropScience Seed Treatment Products

Bayer Soybean Seed Treatment t Offer Bayer Treatment offer: Trilex/Allegiance Concentrate All separate components Trilex AL RTU High use rate and will be moving away from this formulation Gaucho (Insecticide) Celgard 96487 (polymer)

Trilex/Allegiance provides protection ti against: Trilex - Trifloxystrobin: Use rate of 0.32 oz/100# Rhizoctonia damping-off Rhizoctonia solani Superior systemic activity vs. commercial standards Broad-spectrum activity Aspergillus sps. (seedborne & soilborne pathogens) Penicillium sps. Fusarium sps. Alternaria sps. Phomopsis sps

Trilex/Allegiance provides protection ti against: Allegiance - Metalaxyl: Use rate of 0.2 oz/100# Pythium seed/seedling decay Pythium sps. Considered the number one disease problem in soybeans Phytophora control up to emergence For extended control add another 0.55 oz/100# This is for fields with history of poor stand establishment when using seed treatments

What does Trilex/Allegiance offer Over Apron Maxx? Trilex/Allegiance = 2 systemic fungicides (trifloxystrobin + metalaxyl) Trilex is locally systemic and is primarily concentrated in the root zone. Trifloxystrobin viewed as best Rhizoctonia compound tested to date. Allegiance provides systemic protection for the seed, roots and emerging plants against devastating diseases such as Pythium and Phytophora. Apron Maxx has only 1 systemic fungicide (Apron XL). The systemic uptake of trifloxystrobin into the hypocotyl of soybean seedlings provides excellent protection against Rhizoctonia damping-off, compared to Maxim which is a contact fungicide, staying with the seed coat.

Gaucho - Imidacloprid Use rate of 1.6 oz/100# Gaucho provides protection ti against: Acting both on contact to protect the roots and systematically to protect the plant, Gaucho seed applied insecticide provides protection against early season pests. Soybean aphids --- Gaucho provides protection for up to 65 days --- 20 days longer than the competition. Bean leaf beetles --- Reduces feeding damage from over-wintering bean leaf beetles helping prevent the spread of bean pod mottle virus. Gaucho also protects against wireworms and seed corn maggots

Celgard 96487 - Polymer Use rate of 1 to 1.6 oz/100# Celgard: What does it provide? Provides uniform application of products with reduced water Reduces bridging i Increases plantability Improves look of treated seed

Trilex 6000 Trilex 6000 Package of 6 products Ordered in 19,200 unit increments Six products are: Trilex FS 24 gallons Allegiance FL 15 gallons Color 30 gallons Celgard 96487 150 gallons Yield Shield 60 pounds Gaucho 120 gallons What is Yield Shield??

Yield Shield Yield Shield Bacillus pumilus Use rate 0.1 oz/100# Biological fungicide Suppresses major diseases such as Rhizotonia and Fusarium Primary mode of action is Induced Systemic Resistance Turns on plants own natural immune system Has Plant Growth Promotion that increases root and shoot growth that leads to enhanced quantity and quality of yield
