Veneers TRY-IN PASTE. Apply Try-In Paste to the veneer. Seat the veneer and check the color, then remove the veneer. CLEAN & DRY 2. Thoroughly clean all internal surfaces of the veneer with water spray and air dry. 5.Apply generous amounts of Prime & Bond NT adhesive to thoroughly wet the tooth surface. This surface should remain wet for 20 seconds, which may necessitate additional adhesive. Gently air dry for 5 seconds. Surface should have a uniform, glossy appearance. If not, repeat application. Light cure Prime & Bond NT for 0 seconds. APPLY BOND TO VENEER 6. Apply a single coat of Prime & Bond NT adhesive to the veneer. Immediately air dry for 5 seconds. Light cure for 0 seconds. & 9. Tack the veneer in place by briefly light curing the gingival portion only for no more than 0 seconds. Remove mylar strip and lift off excess cement around the margins. 0. Light cure all marginal areas for 20 seconds from the buccal, lingual and interproximal aspects. APPLY SILANE 3. Apply Calibra Silane Coupling Agent to the veneer according to instructions. 7. Dispense the desired Calibra base shade directly onto the veneer.. Complete all finishing and polishing Protect cement from light. 4. Apply Caulk 34% Tooth Conditioner Gel to available enamel (and dentin if desired) for 5 seconds. Rinse for 0 seconds. Blot dry to keep moist, do not rub. 8. If possible, place mylar strips between preparation and adjacent teeth. Seat the restoration slowly. Veneers

Inlays & Onlays APPLY SILANE 3. Apply Calibra Silane Coupling Agent to the bonding surfaces of the restoration according to instructions. APPLY BOND TO RESTORATION 7. Apply a single coat of Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to the bonding surfaces of the restoration. Immediately air dry for 5 seconds. Light cure for 0 seconds.. A 0-second light Pre-cure at the margins will gel the excess cement for easy clean-up. Lift off excess cement around the margins. TRY-IN PASTE (optional). Apply Try-In Paste to the restoration. Seat the restoration, check the color, and then remove it. 4. Apply Caulk 34% Tooth Conditioner Gel to available enamel (and dentin if desired) for 5 seconds. Rinse for 0 seconds. Blot dry to keep moist, do not rub. 8. On a mixing pad, dispense equal amounts of the desired shade of Calibra base and REGULAR OR HIGH VISCOSITY catalyst. Mix 0-20 seconds until uniform. 2. Once stabilized, light cure all marginal areas for 20 seconds from the buccal, lingual and occlusal aspects. Apply moderate pressure throughout the 6-minute self-cure set time. CLEAN & DRY (optional) 2. If Try-In Paste has been used, thoroughly clean all internal surfaces of the restoration with water spray and air dry. 5. Place -2 drops of adhesive and an equal number of drops of Self Cure Activator into a mixing well and mix with a new brush tip. 9. Apply a thin layer of cement to all bonding surfaces of the restoration. Tip: Sometimes it s easier to apply a thin layer of cement to the internal portions of the tooth preparation to avoid any porosity or voids. 3. Complete all finishing and polishing 6. Apply Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to thoroughly wet the tooth surfaces. These surfaces should remain wet for 20 seconds, which may necessitate additional adhesive. Gently air dry for five seconds. Surface should have a uniform, glossy appearance. If not, repeat application. Light cure Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure for 0 seconds. 0. Seat the restoration slowly. Maintain downward pressure and remove excess cement from marginal areas with a dry brush. Inlays and Onlays

Crown & Bridge Ceramic, Porcelain, Composite APPLY SILANE 3. Apply Calibra Silane Coupling Agent to the crown according to instructions. APPLY BOND TO RESTORATION 6. Apply a single coat of Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to the internal surface of the crown. Immediately air dry for 5 seconds. Light cure for 0 seconds. 0. A 0-second light Pre-cure at the margins will gel the excess cement for easy clean-up. TRY-IN PASTE. Apply Try-In Paste to the crown. Seat the restoration and check the color, then remove the restoration. 4. Place -2 drops of adhesive and an equal number of drops of Self Cure Activator into a mixing well and mix with a new brush tip. 7. On a mixing pad, dispense equal amounts of the desired shade of Calibra base and catalyst. Mix 20-30 seconds until uniform. (Regular Viscosity is recommended for full crowns.). Lift off excess cement around the margins. CLEAN & DRY 2. Thoroughly clean all internal surfaces of the crown with water spray and air dry. 5. Apply Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to thoroughly wet the tooth surfaces. These surfaces should remain wet for 20 seconds, which may necessitate additional adhesive. 8. Apply a thin layer of cement to the internal surface of the restoration. 2. Once stabilized, light cure all marginal areas for 20 seconds from the buccal, lingual and interproximal aspects. Gently air dry for five seconds. Surface should have a uniform, glossy appearance. If not, repeat application. Light cure Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure for 0 seconds. For full coverage crowns, etching dentin is not recommended, to minimize the possibility of post-op sensitivity. 9. Seat the restoration slowly. Maintain downward pressure and remove excess cement from marginal areas with a dry brush. Apply moderate pressure throughout the 6-minute self-cure set time. 3. Complete all finishing and polishing with the Enhance System. Crown & Bridge Ceramic, Porcelain, Composite

Crown & Bridge Porcelain fused to metal. Place -2 drops of adhesive and an equal number of drops of Self Cure Activator into a mixing well and mix with a new brush tip. 4. On a mixing pad, dispense equal amounts of the desired shade of Calibra base and REGULAR VISCOSITY catalyst. Mix 20-30 seconds until uniform. 8. Lift off excess cement around the margins. 2. Apply Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to thoroughly wet the tooth surfaces. These surfaces should remain wet for 20 seconds, which may necessitate additional adhesive. Gently air dry for five seconds. Surface should have a uniform, glossy appearance. If not, repeat application. Light cure Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure for 0 seconds. For full coverage crowns, etching dentin is not recommended, to minimize the possibility of post-op sensitivity. 5. Apply a thin layer of cement to the entire internal surface of the restoration. 6. Seat the restoration slowly. Maintain downward pressure. 9. Once stabilized, light cure all marginal areas for 20 seconds from both the buccal and lingual aspects. Apply moderate pressure throughout the 6-minute self-cure set time. 0. Complete all finishing and polishing APPLY BOND TO RESTORATION 3. Apply a single coat of Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to the internal surface of the crown. Immediately air dry for 5 seconds. Light cure for 0 seconds. 7. A 0-second light Pre-cure at the margins will gel the excess cement for easy clean-up. Crown & Bridge Porcelain fused to metal

Posts. Apply Caulk 34% Tooth Conditioner Gel to available enamel (and dentin if desired) for 5 seconds. Rinse for 0 seconds. Blot dry to keep moist, do not rub. APPLY BOND TO ORIFICE 3. Apply Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to post preparation, being sure a generous amount gets into the orifice. The surface should remain wet for 20 seconds, which may necessitate additional adhesive. Gently air dry for five seconds. Surface should have a uniform, glossy appearance. If not, repeat application. Light cure Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure for 0 seconds. APPLY BOND TO POST 4. Apply a single coat of Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to the post. Gently air dry for 5 seconds. Light cure for 0 seconds. 7. Place mixed cement into post space with an appropriate instrument. POST 8. Seat post immediately. Maintain pressure until the post is stable.. Light cure the post for 20 seconds. CORE BUILD-UP 2. Proceed with core build-up. 2. Place -2 drops of adhesive and an equal number of drops of Self Cure Activator into a mixing well and mix with a new brush tip. 5. On a mixing pad, dispense equal amounts of Calibra LIGHT shade base and REGULAR VISCOSITY catalyst. Mix 20-30 seconds until uniform. 9. Once the post is stable, a 0-second light Pre-cure will gel the excess cement for easy clean-up. Calibra self-cures fully in 6 minutes. TO POST 6. Spread mixed cement on post. 0. Lift off excess cement around the margins. Posts

Maryland Bridges 3. Apply generous amounts of Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to thoroughly wet the tooth surfaces. These surfaces should remain wet for 20 seconds, which may necessitate additional adhesive. 7. On a mixing pad, dispense equal amounts of the desired shade of Calibra base and REGULAR OR HIGH VISCOSITY catalyst. Mix 20-30 seconds until uniform.. Lift off excess cement around the margins.. Apply Caulk 34% Tooth Conditioner Gel to enamel for 5 seconds. Rinse for 0 seconds. Blot dry to keep moist, do not rub. AIR DRY 4. Gently air dry for 5 seconds. Surface should have a uniform, glossy appearance. If not, repeat application. TO WINGS 8. Apply a thin layer of cement to the entire internal bonding surfaces of the restoration. 2. Light cure all marginal areas for 20 seconds. Remember: Calibra self-cures fully in 6 minutes. 2. Place -2 drops of adhesive and an equal number of drops of Self Cure Activator into a mixing well and mix with a new brush tip. 5. Light cure Prime & Bond NT for 0 seconds. 9. Seat the restoration slowly. Maintain moderate pressure until restoration is stable. Calibra self-cures fully in 6 minutes. 3. Complete all finishing and polishing APPLY BOND TO WINGS 6. Apply a single coat of Prime & Bond NT Dual Cure mixture to the wings of the Maryland Bridge. Immediately air dry for 5 seconds. Light cure for 0 seconds. 0.
