Nutrient Excretion and Odor Management Through Feeding and Nutrition What and how we feed hogs impacts the composition of manure Efficiency of digestion and nutrient utilization is not 100% Compounds in manure are related to potential odors during decomposition Excess S>H2S, N>NH3, CHO>VFAs Reduced waste, nutrient levels in waste, and odor potential is possible
