Shirodhara This massage involves pouring warm Ayurveda oil in a controlled stream over the Ajna (the temple chakra), followed by the Sahasrara (the crown chakra). It has a positive effect over the central nervous system and reduces symptoms of stress, insomnia and headaches, creating a sense of relaxation and calm. What are the Opening Hours? The Spa is open every day between 9.00 am and 10.00 pm. Can someone assist me in determining which treatments are the most appropriate for me? Our well-trained receptionists and spa representatives will assist you in finding the most suitable and beneficial treatment to meet your requirements and personal needs. How do I make a reservation? Please contact the Spa Reception via your room s Instant Service Center or you may visit our spa reception directly on the P Floor or make a reservation through the hotel s Spa Representatives. To guarantee your reservation, we kindly request that you fill out our Reservation Form using your room card. In order that we may provide you with the most appropriate treatment/therapy for your needs, please ensure that you include information about any pre-existing conditions (e.g. allergies, medication, recent surgeries, pregnancy etc.). What is the Cancellation and No-Show Policy? We work by appointment and reserve this time especially for you. We request a minimum of 6 hours cancellation notice for a single treatment or a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for promotional packages and discounted services. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in a charge of half the scheduled service cost. How early should I arrive at the Spa before my appointment? In order to fully relax your body and mind we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you time to change and enjoy our relaxation area. Please arrive a little earlier if you wish to use the Sauna and Steam Baths. What if I arrive late for my appointment? We request that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening it s effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest s scheduled appointment. What if I have a health consideration? Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult a physician before using the spa facilities. We kindly ask you to complete a Medical Questionnaire prior to your treatment. We assure you that all information will be kept confidential. What should I wear during my treatment? Undergarments are required and disposable shorts will be provided in your massage room. Your therapist will keep your body draped during all services, only exposing the area to be worked upon.
