Midwest Gamblers Parent Meeting Minutes Sunday, September 27, 2015 12u Introduction of Board by David Hidden, President History of Gamblers by Megan Hidden, Director of Membership Called Gamblers because we were taking a gamble to start this team. Started another independent team because we have more talented players than the previous local team had positions. In just two years, we have earned trophies in 16 tournaments Open to all players to try out, not just EP residents Visit website, gamblersbaseball.com, and like us on Facebook, to get the latest updates Introduction of Coaches, Jessica Krutke, Treasurer Chris Donohue, Head Coach Selection of Parent Board Members Katie Keith Tim Maloney Cost of Playing, Shelli Flowers, Secretary It cost approximately $7000 to run a season It cost approximately $580 per player Responsibility of player and parents to do Fundraising and Sponsorships in order to raise their $580. Everyone must bring $200 worth of sponsorships by February 1 st, or they will have to pay an additional $75 Went over ways to earn the money to cover the cost to play Uniforms- New Era Hat Custom Halloway Jersey. 11u will be first team outfitted to work out any problems. Player s last names on back Player Contracts, Parent Contracts, Coaches Code of Ethics, David Hidden, President

David went over, in detail, what the expectations are of our players, our parents and our coaches. We will hold everyone to a higher level of responsibility and attitude. Giving Back- We will be doing charitable/philanthropic events throughout the year. Our first fundraiser is selling Save Second Base t-shirts, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Illinois Cancer Center. You will be receiving information on this shortly. Commitment Fee Collection Meeting Adjourned
