Model United Nations (MUN) Rebecca.Colvin@southlakecarroll.edu First and third Tuesday of every month during lunch in Ms. Colvin's Room 112. The Model United Nations is an open place for students to discuss and debate current events and international relations. Members learn the skills of debate, compromise, conflict resolution and negotiation. Every meeting will begin with a New York Times article or a topic chosen by each officer on a rotation schedule, and members will share opinions and offer solutions. school year! Every other week we will focus on a short story that profiles one of the famous monsters. Monster will be defined pretty broadly; in general, we are open to any literature within the Gothic genre.
