Product Overview: ab178280 is a soft tumor array, set 1, non-overlapping with ab178281, 96 cores, 48 cases of benign and malignant tumors of various soft s in duplicates. Case: 48 Core: 96 Format: 8 rows x 12 columns Size: 1.5mm Thickness: 4µm All the s were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours and processed using identical SOPs. Sections were picked onto Superfrost Plus or Startfrost Adhesive slides. There may be >5% core losses for a slide. But the core retention rate should be >90%. Notes for use: Bake the slides at 60 C for 30 minutes before use. If antigen retrieval is needed, it is always a good idea to start with a protocol with weak to mild strength.
