Upskill your staff for success Empower your staff by upskilling them with an Active IQ elearning course. A skilled and motivated workforce can be the difference between a good and a great organisation. However, we recognise it s not always convenient to send your teams off site for training, which is why we have developed a range of e-learning courses that equip your teams with all they need to succeed. If you re committed to upskilling your team to support their continuing professional development but require flexible learning content to meet your specific needs, elearning may be the solution for you. Active IQ elearning modules are an excellent option for standalone study, or to accompany an existing training or development plan and there are no pre-requisites to start learning. Allowing staff to study within their work day or in their own time at their own pace, individuals can develop their knowledge and skills, build confidence and expand their experience within the active leisure sector. To enhance motivation, each module includes a range of learning styles; video, text, audio and more, whilst an end of section quiz lets the employer, HR Manager or other nominated individual check employees progress via the online learning platform. You can tailor your training and development package as well as branding the online platform. Example pages from our elearning platform:
